Committee procedure
Article 19
1. For the purposes of Articles 14, 15, 16 and 18 of this Regulation, the Commission shall be assisted by the Committee on Safeguards established by Article 3(1) of Regulation (EU) 2015/478 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 11 ) . That Committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. 2. For the purposes of Articles 5 and 6 of this Regulation and for the purposes of Article 6(11) and (13) and Article 36(4) of Annex II to this Regulation, the Commission shall be assisted by the Customs Code Committee established by Article 285(1) of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 12 ) . That Committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. 3. For the purposes of Articles 7 and 8 of this Regulation, the Commission shall be assisted by the Committee for the Common Organisation of the Agricultural Markets established by Article 229(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 13 ) . That Committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. 4. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply. 5. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply. 6. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 8 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011, in conjunction with Article 4 thereof, shall apply.
