Information made available to the public
Article 63
The Member States shall, with a view to making the information available to the public within the framework of the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters, provide the Commission with a short summary of their national legislation and procedures relating to the property consequences of registered partnerships, including information on the type of authority which has competence in matters of the property consequences of registered partnerships and on the effects in respect of third parties referred to in Article 28. The Member States shall keep the information permanently updated.
