Recovery of undue payments

Article 40

1. Article 7 of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 809/2014 shall apply mutatis mutandis . 2. The implementation of penalties and recovery of unduly paid amounts shall be without prejudice to the notification of irregularities to the Commission pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1848/2006 ( 14 ) .
