Entry into force and application

Article 11

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply as from 1 October 2016. However, as regards buying-in to public intervention, Part II of Annex I shall apply from 1 July 2017.
