Obligations of the operator
Article 24
The products shall meet the eligibility requirements set out in Article 3 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1238. Where the required checks show that the products do not fulfil the eligibility requirements, the operator shall: (a) take back at his expense the products concerned; (b) pay the associated costs from the date of entry of the products into the storage place until the date of their removal from storage. The costs to be paid by the operator shall be determined on the basis of standard amounts for entry, removal and storage costs in accordance with Article 3 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 906/2014 ( 17 ) .
