Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1396 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . The amendments made to Annex IX to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 by point 6 of the Annex to this Regulation shall apply from 1 July 2017.
