Article 59

1. By 31 December 2021, Member States shall inform the Commission of the application of the EU type-approval procedures laid down in this Regulation. 2. By 31 December 2022, on the basis of the information supplied under paragraph 1, the Commission shall submit a report to the European Parliament and to the Council on the application of this Regulation.
