Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1718 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . With the exception of point 8(c), which shall apply to all vehicles as from the entry into force of this Regulation, Annex II shall apply from 1 January 2017 to new vehicle types.
