Amendment of Regulation (EU) No 1143/2014

Article 112

In Article 2(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1143/2014, point (d) is replaced by the following: ‘(d) pests of plants listed pursuant to Article 5(2) or Article 32(3), or subject to measures pursuant to Article 30(1), of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *3 ) ;
