Information on Union quarantine pests to be provided to professional operators by the competent authorities
Article 12
1. Where one of the situations referred to in Article 11 is officially confirmed, the competent authority shall ensure that professional operators whose plants, plant products or other objects may be affected are informed of the presence of the Union quarantine pest without delay. 2. The Commission shall establish and keep up to date a publicly available list of all notifications it has received concerning emerging pests in third countries which may pose a risk to plant health in the Union territory. That list may be part of the electronic system referred to in Article 103.
