Article 1
1. The product group ‘tourist accommodation’ shall comprise the provision of tourist accommodation services and campsite services and any of the following auxiliary services under the management of the tourist accommodation provider: (1) food services; (2) leisure or fitness facilities; (3) green areas; (4) premises for singular events such as business conferences, meetings or training events; (5) sanitary facilities, washing and cooking facilities or information facilities available to campsite tourists, travellers and lodgers for collective use. 2. Transportation services and pleasure voyages are excluded from the product group ‘tourist accommodation’.
