Article 1
1. The position to be taken on behalf of the Union within the European Union/Switzerland GNSS Committee (‘the Joint Committee’) established by the Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other, on the European Satellite Navigation Programmes regarding the adoption of its Rules of Procedure shall be based on the draft Decision of the Joint Committee attached to this Decision. 2. Minor changes to the draft Decision may be agreed to by the representatives of the Union within the Joint Committee without a further decision of the Council.
