Council Decision (EU) 2017/1364 Article 1

Article 1

1. The position to be adopted on behalf of the Union within the Association Council as regards the amendment of Annex XXVI of the Agreement shall be based on the draft Decision attached to this Decision. 2. The representatives of the Union in Association Council may agree to minor technical corrections to the draft Decision referred to in paragraph 1 without further decision of the Council.
