Article 1
Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1918 is amended as follows: (1) the following Article 3a is inserted: ‘Article 3a 1. The importation into the Union from third countries of consignments of cervid urine hunting lures shall be prohibited. 2. The movement into the Union of consignments of urine hunting lures derived from cervids originating in Norway shall be prohibited. 3. The manufacture, placing on the market and use of urine hunting lures from cervids originating in the areas listed in the Annex shall be prohibited.’; (2) in Article 4, the date ‘31 December 2017’ is replaced by the date ‘31 December 2020’; (3) the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.
