Article 1

1.   The position to be adopted on behalf of the Union in the EU-Canada Joint Ministerial Committee shall be based on the text of the Rules of Procedure of the Joint Ministerial Committee attached to this Decision. 2.   The position to be adopted on behalf of the Union in the EU-Canada Joint Cooperation Committee shall be based on the text of the Terms of Reference of the Joint Cooperation Committee and sub-committees attached to this decision.
