Thematic areas
Article 2
The thematic areas shall be the following: (a) victims of crime and access to justice; (b) equality and discrimination based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation, or on the grounds of nationality; (c) information society and, in particular, respect for private life and protection of personal data; (d) judicial cooperation, except in criminal matters; (e) migration, borders, asylum and integration of refugees and migrants; (f) racism, xenophobia and related intolerance; (g) rights of the child; (h) integration and social inclusion of Roma.
