Up-to-date information on national law with regard to the rights of third parties
Article 17
1. Member States shall ensure that up-to-date information is made available explaining the provisions of national law pursuant to which third parties may rely on particulars and each type of document referred to in Article 14, in accordance with Article 16(5), (6) and (7). 2. Member States shall provide the information required for publication on the European e-Justice portal (‘the portal’) in accordance with the portal's rules and technical requirements. 3. The Commission shall publish that information on the portal in all the official languages of the Union.
