Contact Committee

Article 43

The Contact Committee set up pursuant to Article 52 of Council Directive 78/660/EEC ( 32 ) shall also: (a) facilitate, without prejudice to Articles 258 and 259 of the Treaty, the harmonised application of the provisions of Sections 2, 3 and this Section, through regular meetings dealing, in particular, with practical problems arising in connection with their application; (b) advise the Commission, if necessary, on any additions or amendments to the provisions of Sections 2, 3 and this Section.
