Replacement of the Convention on the protection of the European Communities' financial interests

Article 16

The Convention on the protection of the European Communities' financial interests of 26 July 1995, including the Protocols thereto of 27 September 1996, of 29 November 1996 and of 19 June 1997, is hereby replaced by this Directive for the Member States bound by it, with effect from 6 July 2019. For the Member States bound by this Directive, references to the Convention shall be construed as references to this Directive.
