Repeal of Directive 2003/94/EC

Article 15

Directive 2003/94/EC is repealed with effect from 6 months after the date of publication in the Official Journal of the European Union of the notice referred to in Article 82(3) of Regulation (EU) No 536/2014 or 1 April 2018, whichever is the later. References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Directive and to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1569  ( 5 ) and read in accordance with the correlation table in the Annex.
