Notifications

Article 13

1. The notifications from the Member States to the Commission shall be made by electronic means using the technical specifications for the transfer of data made available by the Commission. 2. The form and content of those notifications shall be defined on the basis of models made available by the Commission to the Member States, after informing the Committee for the Common Organisation of the Agricultural Markets.
