ANNEX IX Classes of vehicles referred to in Article 2 Armoured vehicles of categories M 1 and N 1 , as defined in point 5.2 of Part A of Annex II to Directive 2007/46/EC, equipped with armoured security glazing class BR 7 according to the classification under European standard EN 1063:2000 (Test and Classification for Ballistic Security Glazing) and with body parts complying with European standard EN 1522:1999 (Bullet Resistance in Windows, Doors, Shutters and Blinds), where those vehicles, due to their special purpose, cannot meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2015/758 and of this Regulation.
