Subject matter and scope

Article 1

1. This Regulation establishes fisheries conservation measures necessary for compliance with obligations under Article 6 of Directive 92/43/EEC and Article 13(4) of Directive 2008/56/EC. 2. This Regulation applies to fishing vessels in the North Sea.
