The first subparagraph of Article 28(4) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 is amended as follows:
(1)
point (a) is replaced by the following:
‘(a)
the Panel on food additives and flavourings;’;
(2)
point (e) is replaced by the following:
‘(e)
the Panel on nutrition, novel foods and food allergens;’;
(3)
point (j) is replaced by the following:
‘(j)
the Panel on food contact materials and enzymes and processing aids.’.
