Repeal and amendment

Article 9

1. Regulation (EC) No 482/2008 and Implementing Regulations (EU) No 1034/2011 and (EU) No 1035/2011 are repealed. 2. Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1377 is repealed. 3. Articles 12 and 21 of Regulation (EU) No 677/2011 and Annex VI to that Regulation are deleted.
