Amendment of Annexes and references to European standards
Article 142
1. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 144 to amend this Regulation concerning amendments to Annexes II and III, in order to take into account changes to the rules referred to in Article 1(2), technical progress and scientific developments. 2. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 144 to amend this Regulation concerning the references to the European standards referred to in point (b)(iv) of Article 29, point (e) of Article 37(4) and point (a) of Article 93(3), in the event that CEN amends those standards.
