Entry into force and application
Article 167
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Unless otherwise provided for in paragraphs 2 to 4, it shall apply from 14 December 2019. 2. In the area governed by the rules referred to in point (g) of Article 1(2), Article 34(1), (2) and (3), point (e) of Article 37(4) and Article 37(5) shall apply from 29 April 2022. 3. Articles 92 to 101 of this Regulation shall apply from 29 April 2018, instead of Articles 32 and 33 of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004, which is repealed by this Regulation. 4. Article 163 shall apply from 28 April 2017.
