Payment of fees or charges

Article 84

1. The competent authorities shall ensure that the operators receive, upon request, proof of payment of fees or charges in the event that the operators do not otherwise have access to such proof. 2. Fees or charges collected in accordance with Article 79(1) shall be paid by the operator responsible for the consignment or its representative.
