Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/706 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 11 October 2016. Regulation (EU) 2016/1688 is repealed with effect from the entry into force of this Regulation.
