Access to relevant information

Article 5

1. Member States shall provide the Commission (Eurostat), at its request, with access to any information relevant to the assessment of the quality of the data and metadata transmitted under Regulation (EU) 2017/712. 2. In complying with paragraph 1, Member States shall not be obliged to provide the Commission (Eurostat) with any microdata or confidential data.
