Correction of errors and manifest oversights
Article 102
1. The Office shall correct any linguistic errors or errors of transcription and manifest oversights in its decisions, or technical errors attributable to it in registering an EU trade mark or in publishing the registration of its own motion or at the request of a party. 2. Where the correction of errors in the registration of an EU trade mark or the publication of the registration is requested by the proprietor, Article 55 shall apply mutatis mutandis . 3. Corrections of errors in the registration of an EU trade mark and in the publication of the registration shall be published by the Office.
