Department in charge of the Register

Article 162

1.   The Department in charge of the Register shall be responsible for taking decisions in respect of entries in the Register. 2.   It shall also be responsible for keeping the list of professional representatives referred to in Article 120(2). 3.   The decisions of the Department shall be taken by a single member.
