Recordal in the files and in the Register

Article 185

1. The date and number of an international registration based on an EU trade mark application shall be recorded in the files of that application. When the application results in an EU trade mark, the date and number of the international registration shall be entered in the Register. 2. The date and number of an international registration based on an EU trade mark shall be entered in the Register.
