Regulation (EU) 2017/1370 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Member States shall apply this Regulation at the latest 15 months after the adoption of the further technical specifications referred to in Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1683/95.
