Provision of preliminary year-ahead availability plans
Article 97
1. Before 1 November of each calendar year, each TSO shall provide to all other TSOs, via the ENTSO for Electricity operational planning data environment, the preliminary year-ahead availability plans for the following calendar year for all the internal relevant assets. 2. Before 1 November of each calendar year, for each internal relevant asset located in a distribution system, the TSO shall provide the DSO with the preliminary year-ahead availability plan. 3. Before 1 November of each calendar year, for every internal relevant asset located in a closed distribution system, the TSO shall provide the CDSO with the preliminary year-ahead availability plan.
