Article 25

1. By way of derogation from the prohibitions in points (b) and (d) of Article 24, the competent authorities of the Member States may authorise transactions if they have been approved by the Sanctions Committee in advance. 2. The Member State concerned shall promptly notify the other Member States and the Commission of any authorisation under paragraph 1.
