Article 41

1. It shall be prohibited for any aircraft operated by DPRK carriers or originating from the DPRK to take off from, land in or overfly the territory of the Union. 2. Paragraph 1 shall not apply: (a) where the aircraft is landing for inspection; (b) in the case of an emergency landing.
