Article 5

1. Expenditure shall only be eligible for Union financing if it has been paid by Poland to the beneficiaries 12 months after the date of entry into force of this Regulation at the latest. 2. Article 5(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 907/2014 shall not apply.
