Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1569 Article 27

Entry into force

Article 27

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from six months after the date of publication in the Official Journal of the European Union of the notice referred to in Article 82(3) of Regulation (EU) No 536/2014 or 1 April 2018, whichever is the later.
