Reporting
Article 10
1. By 1 December 2019 Member States shall provide the Commission with a report on the measures undertaken, if any, to set up a national access point and on the modalities of its functioning. 2. Every other calendar year thereafter, Member States shall provide the Commission with a report containing the following information: (a) the progress made in terms of the accessibility and exchange of the travel and traffic data types set out in the Annex; (b) the geographical coverage and the travel and traffic data set out in the Annex accessible in the access point and the linking of travel information services; (c) the results of the assessment of compliance referred to in Article 9; and (d) where relevant, a description of changes to paragraph 1 or paragraph 2(b).
