Regulation (EU) 2017/1938 Article 22

Entry into force

Article 22

This Regulation shall enter into force on the fourth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 November 2017. However, Article 13(1) to (6), the first and second subparagraphs of Article 13(8), and Article 13(14) and (15) shall apply from 1 December 2018.
