Implementation of the budget

Article 93

1. The Administrative Director acting as the authorising officer of the EPPO, shall implement its budget under his/her own responsibility and within the limits authorised in the budget. 2. Each year the Administrative Director shall send to the budgetary authority all information relevant to the findings of any evaluation procedures.
