Compliance with quotas and minimum size requirements

Article 48

1. By 20 August of each year Member States shall submit to the Commission information on the catches of ICCAT species during the previous year subject to quotas and on the compliance with minimum sizes. 2. The Commission shall forward that information to the ICCAT Secretariat by 15 September of each year.
