Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2196 Article 55

Entry into force

Article 55

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 15(5) to (8), Article 41 and Article 42(1), (2) and (5) shall apply from 18 December 2022.
