Relationship to international and Union law

Article 2

This Regulation shall apply without prejudice to the provisions: (a) in SFPAs and other fisheries agreements concluded between the Union and third countries; (b) adopted by RFMOs to which the Union is a contracting party; (c) in Union law implementing or transposing provisions referred to in points (a) and (b).
