Article 1
1. The proposed citizens' initiative entitled ‘STOP FRAUD and abuse of EU FUNDS — by better control of decisions, implementation and penalties’ is hereby registered. 2. Statements of support for this proposed citizens' initiative may be collected, based on the understanding that it aims at proposals from the Commission for legal acts of the Union for the purpose of implementing the Treaties which — while enhancing the protection of the financial interests of the Union — do not differentiate between Member States solely according to their participation or non-participation in the enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor's Office.
