Amendment to Directive 2013/36/EU

Article 3

In the first paragraph of Article 56 of Directive 2013/36/EU, the following point is added: ‘(g) authorities responsible for supervising the obliged entities listed in points (1) and (2) of Article 2(1) of Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council  ( *14 ) for compliance with that Directive.
