Article 5

1. Expenditure in relation to payments under this Regulation shall only be eligible for Union financing if those payments have been made to the beneficiaries by 30 September 2018 at the latest. 2. Article 5(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 907/2014 shall not apply.
