Article 52

Regulation (EC) No 555/2008 is amended as follows: (1) Articles 1, 21, 22 and 23, 38 to 54, 74, 83 to 95a and 98 to 102 are deleted; (2) Annexes IX to XIII and XVI to XXI are deleted.
