ANNEX IISupplementary provisions
ANNEX II Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2016/799 is amended as follows: (1) in Chapter I, paragraph b) in point 1 is replaced by the following: ‘(b) an approval number corresponding to the number of the approval certificate drawn up for the prototype of the recording equipment or the record sheet or the tachograph card, placed at any point within the immediate proximity of that rectangle.’; (2) in Chapter III, point 5 is replaced by the following: ‘5. Submitted for approval on …’; (3) in Chapter IV, point 5 is replaced by the following: ‘5. Submitted for approval on …’.
